In Karas, WILD grades, processes, and packages freshly harvested fruit. The grading process is carried out very rapidly and with a high degree of purity. The fruit is then flow-frozen, individually quick frozen (IQF), or packed as block-frozen purees in bags, boxes, or big bags of up to 600 kg per unit.
