Fruit juice concentrates are obtained from fruit juices by removing a certain portion of their natural moisture. The best known and most frequently used products are orange juice and apple juice concentrates, rendered 5 to 6 times more concentrated than normal. An equivalent amount of water must be added to the concentrate to reconstitute the original consistency of juice.

WILD's subsidiary, WILD Juice in Rotterdam, offers juice concentrates and mixtures, known as blends. This location oversees the purchase and processing of fruits from the various growing regions, selected for their specific characteristics and distinctive qualities of top-quality concentrates.

The selection ranges from orange and apple to the exotics such as mango and guave and covers all obtainable varieties. The selection also includes fruit mixtures for multi-fruit concentrates and standardized multi-fruit blends, whose quality remains consistent regardless of fluctuations in growing conditions. In addition to fruit juice concentrates, the WILD juice portfolio includes fruit purees for the production of fruit juices, nectars, and fruit drinks.
