WILD now offers the dairy
industry firm cubes of sponge cake for the production of gourmet products,. These bits of cake
remain stable in yogurt or quark for up to six weeks. WILD has already incorporated the innovative
ingredients into fruit preparations to help simplify production for their customers.
The cubes are evenly distributed throughout the fruity medium and are easy to pump as a cake/fruit mixture. Since the cake is heated together with the fruit mixture, there is no risk of microbial contamination.
In addition to the pure formulations, WILD is offering dairies ready-made solutions with pieces of light or chocolate cake for tasty yogurt treats. Borrowing from beloved French and German specialties, the company has created preparations for Tarte à la Rhubarb, Pomme Tarte Tatin, Black Forest Cherry Torte, and Lemon Cheesecake.
