uses a low sodium sea salt that is naturally rich in potassium chloride. The natural functional
flavor in Sea SaltTrim™ neutralizes any undesirable off-notes. This unique technology enables for a
sodium reduction of up to 45 percent in food and beverages. At the same time, the taste and
mouthfeel of the products are not impaired. Since Sea SaltTrim™ is a combination of purely natural
ingredients, it can be declared as sea salt and natural flavoring. Sea SaltTrim™ offers even more
advantages: It is heat-resistant and non-allergen.
A variety of applications
