New: maximum fruit
Filled chocolate bars with a five to a maximum of ten percent fruit content are the current standard in Europe, a higher fruit content was hard to find. WILD is now offering chocolate manufacturers the highest fruit content in fillings for chocolate bars that can technically been reached: 25% fruit in the final product using a 50 percent fruit preparation. This keeps the manufacturers in compliance with the Cocoa Regulation, which specifies that a filled chocolate must contain at least 25 percent chocolate. The high fruit content can be touted on the packaging, ensuring premium-product positioning at the POS.
