Natural fruit sweetener from fruit concentrate with a Brix value between 78° and 80° meets the requirements of the manufacturer of sweet products. With its well-balanced carbohydrate profile, fruit sweetener has the advantage of a low glycemic index. As for flavor, fruit sweetener is largely comparable to the classic sweeteners; therefore, sugar and sugar syrup can be replaced partially or entirely with fruit sweetener.
