WILD at the Brau Beviale 2011 - Sweetener options from Nature (09.11.2011)
WILD will be presenting its broad portfolio of sweeteners from natural sources at the Brau
Beviale 2011, with the main spotlight on the calorie-free sweetener stevia. WILD’s Sunwin Stevia™
brand offers drinks manufacturers
one-source solutions. The company will also be showing sweetening options with the natural
fruit sweetener Fruit Up® at their trade fair stand. A brand new addition to the portfolio is WILD’s
“Natural Sweetness Enhancing Technology” which affords less sugar in the end product without
reducing the sweetening effect.
EU-wide approval of stevia is expected for the end of the year. WILD is optimally prepared
for this and thanks to its share in Sunwin International, a leading stevia manufacturer, the ideal

Variety of product options with stevia
WILD’s Taste Optimization Technology provides all-in solutions for a wide range of
drinks sweetened with stevia.

drinks. At the same time, it rounds out the sweetening effect. The ensuing calorie reduction in the
