WILD at the FiE 2011 in Paris: Special focus on natural sweetener concepts (23.09.2011)

WILD is focusing on natural sweetener concepts at this year’s FiE, where the company will be presenting its new “taste optimizing” solutions for stevia-sweetened products. Additional spotlights will be on new coloring foods and colorings from natural sources and, of course, on the known broad range of flavors and extracts. Trade fair visitors can see for themselves that WILD offers only the best quality in all areas of natural ingredients.

EU-wide approval of the naturally calorie-free sweetener stevia is currently a hot topic in the beverage and food industry. Always vigilant of current trends, WILD will be focusing on natural sweetener concepts at this year’s FiE, presenting a variety of stevia product concepts with sophisticated “taste optimizing” solutions.  These natural flavors were developed by WILD in close cooperation with a trained panel of sensory experts, and already provide for great taste in numerous drinks and foods.

As one of the worldwide leading suppliers of natural ingredients, WILD is continuously extending its portfolio of colors from natural sources and coloring foods. Manufacturers have access to even more brilliant color(ing) solutions from WILD for a variety of different applications; new natural shades of red from coloring foods are just one example.

Another core WILD competence is the production of top quality FTNF (from the named fruit) flavor extracts. The company offers a broad spectrum of natural flavors. At the FiE 2011, visitors can look forward to exotic sensory highlights from faraway countries at the WILD stand, where the ingredients expert will be presenting a new range of flavors from exotic fruits.

The spectrum on show in Paris will be complemented by fruit powders and extracts from top quality tea and herb varieties. Besides the classic black and green teas, extracts from white tea, rooibos and honeybush are also represented in WILD’s product range. Beverage and food manufacturers can get comprehensive information on all of WILD’s ingredients and innovative turnkey concepts at the WILD stand throughout the course of the fair, from 29 November – 1 December.
