WILD Flavors GmbH, Zug - New Chief Operating Officer for the International Business Unit (15.03.2011)

Zug (Switzerland), March 15, 2011. As of April 1, 2011, Cosimo Trimigliozzi will take up the position as Chief Operating Officer of WILD Flavors International GmbH, a newly formed Business Unit of the WILD Flavors GmbH. 

Cosimo Trimigliozzi will lead the newly formed WILD Flavors International Business Unit, which has been created in addition to the two existing operating business units of the WILD Flavors GmbH: WILD Flavors Europe GmbH, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, and WILD Affiliated Holding, Inc., headquartered in Erlanger, Kentucky, USA. WILD Flavors International GmbH will provide additional high level focus and management to the growing WILD business in the emerging world markets. The Business Unit will be comprised of the current WILD business in Asia, Latin America and the Middle East. It is headquartered in Sisseln, Switzerland and supported by the local WILD production facilities in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and Beijing (China).

"Cosimo Trimigliozzi will develop an organizational plan for the assigned areas to focus WILD's efforts on growing the business at accelerated rates taking advantage of WILD's products, innovation capabilities and complete solution approach guided by his experience in the international markets," says Michael H. Ponder, Global Chief Executive Officer of WILD Flavors GmbH. "He will be working very closely with both WILD in Europe and North America to meet our customers' needs."

Cosimo Trimigliozzi joins WILD after a 24 years career at Roche and Givaudan, where he held various roles of increasing responsibilities, including assignments in the USA, Asia Pacific, and Switzerland. “I look forward to joining WILD and driving this vital new business unit forward in support of company’s globalization,” says Cosimo Trimigliozzi.

Cosimo Trimigliozzi becomes a member of the WILD Flavors GmbH Management Board, which consists of Michael H. Ponder, Global Chief Executive Officer and Acting Chief Operating Officer WILD Flavors Europe, Erik Donhowe, Chief Operating Officer WILD Affiliated Holdings, and Christoph Schmitz, Global Chief Financial Officer.
